Watchmakers Felix and Thomas Baumgartner and designer Martin Frei founded Urwerk to reinterpret historic wandering-hour displays through futuristic mechanics. Rotating satellite indications, sculptural cases, and experimental control systems made it a defining independent watchmaking house.
