Vacheron Constantin in watchmaking
Jean-Marc Vacheron’s 1755 apprenticeship contract marks the beginning of the Geneva manufacture. François Constantin joined the Vacheron family business in 1819, helping expand its international reach and creating a partnership renowned for uninterrupted production, complications, decorative arts, and refined finishing.
