Revue Thommen in watchmaking
The Waldenburg watch company that became associated with Gédéon Thommen developed from regional pocket-watch production into an important Swiss manufacturer. It produced its own movements and later became especially recognized for aviation instruments, altimeters, and wristwatches bearing the Revue Thommen name.
