Roamer in watchmaking
Fritz Meyer began a watchmaking enterprise in Solothurn in 1888 that grew into a vertically integrated manufacturer. The Roamer name became prominent in the twentieth century on dependable watches using the company’s own movements and, later, waterproof case systems.
