Sandoz in watchmaking
Henri Frédéric Sandoz established a watchmaking enterprise in Le Locle before helping create the large Tavannes Watch Company in the 1890s. Watches bearing the Sandoz name later appeared across international markets through several branches and licensing arrangements.
