TAG Heuer in watchmaking

Edouard Heuer opened his workshop in the Swiss Jura in 1860. The firm became a specialist in chronographs and precision sports timing, patented the oscillating pinion in 1887, and developed dashboard and high-frequency timing instruments before becoming TAG Heuer in the 1980s.
